Externally Bonded Reinforcement (EBR) applications with S&P C-Sheet is a highly versatile method of reinforcement, as the system doesn't include any pre-cured composite components. The S&P system comprises of a uni-directional carbon fibre fabric S&P C-Sheet, which comes in two varieties S&P C-Sheet 240 and S&P C-Sheet 640, which is subsequently saturated with a laminating resin S&P Resin 55 HP or S&P Resicem HP and ultimately bonded to the substrate. As manufacturer of the S&P C-Sheet, S&P Resin 55 HP and S&P Resicem HP, we are able to monitor, control and guarantee the quality of the individual products and more importantly confirm the compatability of using them together.

We also have some useful tools available to help with the installation of the system on the jobsite such as the S&P Wet-lay-up machine, S&P Rubber spatula (squeeze) and S&P Press roller. And if the substrate needs levelling or corners need rounding before installing the EBR, the epoxy based S&P Resin 230 HP or the cementitious based S&P Tecnogrout-FIB can be utilised, meaning everything you need for the perfect installation is available.
